Jerry W. Sullivan is an “AV” Preeminent rated attorney, who graduated with high honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Loyola Law School in 1985, earning the highest GPA in his common law class. During his tenure at Loyola, Mr. Sullivan served as a member of the Editorial Board of the Loyola Law Review and authored Jones and Llaughlin v. Pfeiffer: The Ramifications of Inflationary Calculations 30 Loy. L. Rev. (1984). Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Sullivan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Peter H. Beer of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Following his tenure in the Federal District Court, Mr. Sullivan became associated with the law firm of Halpern & Daigle, where he practiced until 1994.

Mr. Sullivan is a founding member of the firm and practices primarily in the fields of insurance defense, corporate governance, administrative law, and commercial litigation. He is active in the Louisiana, Florida, and American Bar Associations, as well as the Young Lawyers Association. Mr. Sullivan is admitted to practice law in the jurisdictions of Louisiana and Florida and is further licensed to practice before both federal and state courts in both jurisdictions. His practice requires him to travel to the Salt Lake City, Utah area frequently, where he represents a number of large private and publicly held companies.

Mr. Sullivan is active in both Church and community activities and is an avid long-distance runner, completing a number of 50-mile and 100-mile races throughout the country. He is also an accomplished pianist and organist.
